Our Customer Stories
Paving the Way
La Costa Town Square is located in the prestigious North San Diego County City of Carlsbad, California. The expansive retail center is home to nearly 265,000 square feet of commercial and retail sites and sits adjacent to several new residential communities.
George Weir Construction is one of California’s premier asphalt and concrete paving and striping contractors. The company is committed to providing community driven principles in all aspects of its business. Weir’s estimating department worked with our design team to create and manufacture a custom sign program for the La Costa Town Square property that fulfilled the owner’s vision of architectural integrity. The result was a spectacular rendition of traditional parking, street and traffic sign amenities that met project requirements while adding lasting beauty to the landscape.
Our business approach lends itself to partnering with developers and contractors to provide enduring designs for a long term, repeatable sign program.
Thanks to Jeffrey Dobbs of PASCO Property Management for the tour of Walnut Ridge in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This beautiful neighborhood utilized our classic blade trim street sign framing system with logo paddles, traffic sign frames and 4" fluted aluminum sign poles with acorn finials and mini-americana bases.
The community features 182 luxury homes constructed by Toll Brothers between 2002 and 2007. Homeowners benefit from 50 acres of protected natural areas and walking trails. Walnut Ridge is located across the street from Ann Arbor's award-winning Skyline High School and just minutes from the University of Michigan campus.
